Officers responded to a report of a restraining order violation. A man was on a premise in violation of an order. Therefore he was arrested.
Possession of Stolen Property

Officers responded to a report of a theft. A suspect took a package from someone else’s porch & walked over to a nearby house. The suspect & an occupant of the nearby house opened the package. The suspect then left. The occupant of the nearby home had the package in his possession. The owner of the package placed the occupant of the nearby home under citizen’s arrest for possession of stolen property. Officers gave him a court summons & then released him. The suspect who took the package in the first place was not found.
