Officers stopped a man for smoking at a bus stop in violation of a municipal code. A record check revealed he had warrants for his arrest. He was also in possession of common tools used in burglaries. He was arrested for the warrants & for possession of burglary tools.

Officers responded to a report of theft. A man fell asleep while sitting in a fast food restaurant. He left his laptop on a table in front of him. A suspect stole his laptop while the victim did not pay attention. The suspect fled in a getaway car that was occupied by two other suspects.
