Trespassing-Arrested

Officers responded to a report of trespassing. Two suspects were seen entering a vacant home. Officers found one suspect inside while the second suspect was not found. The owner of the vacant home placed one suspect under citizen’s arrest for trespassing. Officers gave her a court summons & then released her.
Suspect – White male :: 30-40 years :: 5’11” tall :: 170 lbs :: brown hair :: LSW green shirt, blue jeans

Warrant Arrest-Trespassing-Drinking Alcohol in Public-Arrested

100 Paloma Ave
Officers responded to a report of trespassing. The officers also saw the trespasser drink alcohol in public. A record check revealed he had a warrant for his arrest. The trespasser was placed under citizen’s arrest for trespassing. He was also arrested for consuming alcohol in public & for the warrant.

Battery

400 Head St
Officers responded to a report of battery. A woman got into an argument with a friend who was visiting her home. The argument escalated & the friend grabbed her hard enough to cause a bruise. The friend then left.

Theft-Arrested

Officers responded to a shoplifter in custody. A shoplifter concealed a merchandise item & exited without paying. A store employee confronted the shoplifter & placed her under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting. A record check also revealed the shoplifter had an arrest warrant. Therefore she was also arrested for the warrant.

Officers responded to a report of fraud. A woman received a message regarding a purchase that she did not make. She found out an unknown suspect used her credit card information without permission to make purchases.

Theft

A woman walked into Taraval Station to report a theft. She was eating at a food court in Stonestown Galleria mall. She got up to help an elderly woman who dropped her drink. The woman, however, inadvertently left her cellular phone unattended on her table. When she returned to her table after helping the elderly woman, her phone was gone.

Threat

4000 Judah St
Officers responded to a report of threat. Four people walked into a restaurant demanding to know who had their vehicle towed from a parking lot. The restaurant manager replied he did. One of the four people–suspect #1, threatened to return & shoot the manager & the restaurant. They then fled the scene.
