Warrant Arrest

19th Ave & Randolph St
While on patrol, officers observed two males sitting in a vehicle acting suspicious in an area that is known to be high in crime.  The officers drove around  the block and a few minutes later located the same vehicle.  The officers conducted a computer check of the vehicle and discovered that the registered driver had a warrant for his arrest.  The officers arrested the driver for his warrant.

Exipred Registration Tabs – Suspended Drivers License – No Vehicle Insurance –  Warrant Arrest

19th Ave & Slaot Blvd
While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle with expired registration tabs.  Officers conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle and identified the driver.  The officers conducted a computer check and discovered that the driver had an active warrant for his arrest.  The driver was given a court summons for the traffic violations and arrest for the warrant.

Theft from Building

200 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of a theft at a store.  Officers met with the store manager.  She observed the suspect take a few items and walk out without making an attempt to pay.  The officers searched the immediate area for the suspect with no results.
Suspect – Black male :: 57 years :: 6’0” tall :: 180 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes :: LSW black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, white shoes, and with a beard.

Robbery with Force

1700 Taraval St
An officer responded to a report of a robbery.  Officers met with the victim, who is an employee of the store, and the witnesses.  The victim and witnesses stated that two female suspects had stolen multiple items and ran out of the store.  The employee was at the entrance/exit of the store to block their path and was shoved out of the way by the suspects causing her injuries. The suspects was seen leaving the area in a vehicle.
Suspect #1 – Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5’6” tall :: 110 lbs :: LSW long hair, a short shirt that was showing her stomach, and had a thin build.
Suspect #2 – Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5’6” tall :: 110 lbs

Dog Bite

Officers responded to a report of a dog bite incident.  Officers met with the victim and witnesses.  The victim was walking her dog when another dog ran up to her dog and bit it.  She stated that she didn’t want to press charges to the other dog’s owner, but wanted to document the incident.

Theft by Employee

Officers responded to a report of someone in custody at a department store.  Officers met with the store manager,  he noticed one of the store’s employee’s register to be missing cash on several occasions.  The suspected employee admitted to have taken money from the register on multiple occasions.  The officers arrested the suspect.

Embezzlement – Elder Abuse – Fraud

A man walked into the Taraval station to report embezzlement, elder abuse, and fraud to one of his clients.  The reportee stated that that his client’s son is living with the client and takes care of her, as she is frail and old. The house is not kept clean and orderly, and he has noticed a large sum of money missing from his client’s accounts.  
Suspect – White male :: 54 years :: 5’10” tall :: 190 lbs :: gray hair :: blue eyes :: LSW long hair, bad teeth with several missing.

Fraud

A woman walked into Taraval station to report fraud.  The woman stated that she received a creidt card statement with a purchase that she had not made.  She stated that an unknown suspect had her personal information.
