On 06/16/15, In thanks for all the hard work and dedication to our community, Captain Curtis Lum was given a farewell luncheon by The Irving Street Merchants Association along with Supervisor Katy Tang of district 4. Speeches were also given by the members of The Irving Street Merchants and reminiscing was provided by Sergeant Kevin Mannix to the entertainment of all.
