Death Report

Officers responded to a report of a deceased person. The officers met with medical personnel and a witness who were already on the scene.  The witness stated that he was in a hot tub with the victim at his residence. After a short period of time he went into his residence to sleep and the victim remained in the hot tub. When the victim did not return, the witness discovered her deceased. Medical examiners arrived on scene and took over the investigation.

Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol – Traffic Violation – Arrested

Officers observed a vehicle with stolen license plates on it. The officers conducted a computer check on the driver and discovered that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license. The officers were suspicious that the driver might have been intoxicated and performed field sobriety tests which the driver failed. The driver was arrested fot the above listed violations.

Restraining Order Violation

Officers responded to a restraining order violation incident. The victim said that a member of the family came by the house and violated the restraining order.

Fraud

Victim walked into Taraval Station regarding a fraud. The victim said that an unknown suspect had used her personal information to open new credit card accounts.

2300 25th Ave 
Officers responded to a report of a dispute between one roommate and the victims. The officers met with the victims and landlord of the residence. They stated that they wanted their roommate to be evicted from the residence since he had started numerous altercations.
Suspect – Asian male :: 45-55 years :: 5’7” tall :: 160 lbs :: black hair :: brown eyes

Theft – Shoplifting

Officers responded to a shoplifting incident. Loss Prevention noticed the suspect walking into the store and then grabbing a shopping bag. The suspect walked directly to the hats area where the suspect selected a few Warriors’ hat and walked out of the store without paying for them. Loss Prevention followed the suspect out of the store. The suspect noticed Loss Prevention was following her, dropped the merchandise, got into a waiting vehicle and fled the scene.
Suspect #1 – Black female :: 18-20 years :: 5’6” tall :: 120 lbs
Suspect #2 – Black female :: 20-25 years :: 5’5” tall :: 130 lbs :: black hair

Fraud-Embezzlement

Officers responded to a report of fraud at a residence. The officers met with the victim and a reportee who stated that the victim was being taken advantage of due to her age. The reportee stated that she is a relative of the victim and that the victim has been receiving credit card letters and a change in the deed to the house. They suspect another relative is trying to take advantage of the victim and trying to sign her residence over.

Battery-Malicious Mischief – Arrested

9th Ave & Kirkham St
Officers responded to a report of an incident on a MUNI bus. Upon arrival the officers met with the victim, suspects, and a witness. The victim stated that she was driving the bus when one of the suspects began yelling and hitting the rear door of the bus in an attempt to get it open for his friend. The victim stopped the bus and the suspect got out. The victim then went to fix the jammed door at the rear of the bus and the suspects threw glass bottles at the victim which did not make contact with her. Both suspects were arrested for the above violations. The suspects was given a court summons & then released.
