The California Police Activities League (Cal PAL) began their solicitation campaign on June 4th. Representatives of Cal PAL will be telephoning Bay Area residents and offering a family package of seating for the Grand National Rodeo.
Cal PAL is a legitimate non-profit organization, but it is not affiliated with the San Francisco Police, SFPAL etc.
