The officer observed a suspect who had previously been warned and cited regarding her numerous bags and shopping carts obstructing the sidewalk. In the past week, officers had also already responded to numerous calls for service due to multiple citizens complaining about the suspect’s behavior and for blocking the sidewalk. The officer cited the suspect and released her on scene.

Officers observed a vehicle with inoperable brake lights. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver which revealed his drivers license’s had been suspended. The driver was cited and released.

The victim stated that his bicycle was vandalized. He stated that his bicycle was near his fire escape landing and the suspect threw it down fire escape destroying the bicycle.
