The victim, who lives in a multi-apartment house, heard his doorbell ring and went downstairs to the front gate to open the door. He found that it was a neighbor’s ex who wanted entry. The victim refused but the suspect then attempted to push his way through.

Reportee stated that he heard what sounded like someone shooting a gun the night before. The following day, he located some bullet casings in the park. However, there were no reports of anyone being shot at.

The victim reported seeing his vehicle get stolen. Officers located the vehicle and detained a suspect. The victim confirmed that the detained person was the suspect that he witness stealing his vehicle. In the suspect’s possession was a “shaved” key. Suspect was arrested for stealing the vehicle and possession of a burglary tool.
