Dog Bite

The victim walked into Taraval station to report a dog bite and an ambulance was called for her injuries. The victim was walking past a woman who was walking four dogs with one dog off the leash. The dog that didn’t have a leash jumped on her and bit her several times even though the victim did nothing to provoke the dogs. The victim stated she would not be able to recognize the person who was walking the dogs.
Battery

Ocean Ave & Howth St
Officers responded to a report of a battery. The two victims stated that they were driving a third person, that they both knew, to school. While en-route, an altercation ensued in the vehicle but the victim kept driving and exited the next off-ramp. She then stopped her vehicle and the suspect exited the vehicle and fled.
Suspect – Black male :: 24 years :: 5’10” tall :: 170 lbs :: black hair :: LSW white t-shirt, blue jeans, and white Nike athletic shoes.
Theft of License Plate Registration Tab

The victim went to Taraval station to report a theft of her vehicle’s registration tab from her license plate after she noticed it was missing from her license plate.
Fraud

2100 15th Ave
The victim walked into Taraval station to report fraud. The victim was contacted by a suspect whom she thought was employed by a company to service her computer. She requested him to provide services via online and paid him. She did not notice a difference in the performance of her computer over a period of time, contacted the computer company and was informed that they had no record of any service performed for her computer.

Officers were flagged down by a man who stated that a suspect in a wheel chair tried to harm his young daughter. He stated that he was walking with his children on the sidewalk when he noticed the suspect making direct eye contact with him. As they approached and passed the suspect, he took a swing at one of the man’s daughters but missed. The man and his children got away from the suspect and flagged down the officers as they approached. The officers arrested the suspect for the above listed violations.
Speeding – Suspended Drivers License – Cited

Sunset Blvd & Lake Merced Blvd
Officers were conducting traffic enforcement, using LIDAR, and caught a speeding vehicle. While conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, a computer check on the driver revealed the driver’s license had been suspended. The officers cited and released the driver for the above listed violations.
Verbal Threats

Officers responded to a report of verbal threats. The officers met with the victim who stated that when she went to take her dog out for a short walk, she noticed a man lingering in an area who was smoking a cigarette. A little while later, when she looked back to see where the man was, he was actually within arm’s reach of her. He started to yell threats at her and then fled the area. She stated that she was in fear for her life.
Suspect – Black male :: 40-50 years :: 5’10” years :: LSW average build, short hair, clean shaven, black neoprene face mask, light color shirt and pants (possible brown color).
