Battery – Threats – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an argument between a mother and daughter. The officers were told on arrival by the victim that she had an argument with the suspect, her mom, over family issues. The argument got heated and the suspect threw several items at the victim. The suspect then grabbed a knife and made threats to harm the victim. The suspect stated that the victim threw something at her so she was forced to  grab the knife to protect herself. After further investigation, the officers arrest the suspect for the threats and cited the victim for the battery.

Shoplifting – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident where loss prevention was detaining the suspect. Loss prevention told the officers that he observed the suspect walk into the store, select a pair of headphones, put it in his backpack and then walked out of the store. Officers met with the suspect and cited him for shoplifting.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

23rd Ave and Vicente St
Officers responded to the area regarding a dispute with neighbors. As the officer arrived on scene, they recognized a suspect from a prior incident standing at the intersection. The officers also had prior information that the suspect had warrants and a computer check confirmed the warrants and the suspect were arrested.

Vehicle Violation – No Drivers license issued – cited

Junipero Serra Blvd & Sloat Blvd
An officer was patrolling the area when he noticed a vehicle making an unsafe turn with an expired registration.  The officer conducted a traffic stop. A computer check on the driver revealed that he never had a driver’s license issued to him. The driver was cited.

Burglary

1400 47th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim stated that he had fallen asleep on a chair in his living room and was woken up by the sound of tapping or clicking on the lock of his front door.  The victim also saw spots of light moving around the area of door lock handle. The suspect was able to unlocked his front door and opened his door. The victim stated that he managed to stop suspect from opening the front door by closing it and the suspect fled. 
Suspect #1 – white female :: 5’4’’ tall :: skinny :: black hair :: LSW- light blue or gray knit cap, black skinny pants

Fraud

1300 44th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a fraud. The victim stated that she was looking to rent an apartment from Craigslist. She emailed the suspect and made arrangements on wiring money over for payment on the condition that once the money was received, the suspect would send the keys. However, the victim sent the money but the keys never arrived.
