Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Officers were in the area conducting LIDAR traffic enforcement. The officers observed a vehicle driving 54 mph in a 35 mph zone, conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver. A computer check on the driver revealed that his license’s had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Warrant Arrest – False Personation – Arrested

Corona St & Victoria St
Officers responded to the area regarding a report of a suspicious person and located a suspect matching the description given by dispatch. The suspect saw the officers and immediately dropped a baggie onto the ground. The officers approached the suspect and retrieved the item that they saw suspect had dropped on their arrival.  The baggie contained white powdery residue which was consistent in holding narcotics and the suspect admitted that the baggie contained “meth”. The suspect then gave the officers a name, birthday and address which turned out to be false. The officers transported the suspect to the station and identified him through fingerprints. A computer check showed the suspect’s real name and also the fact that he had an active warrant. The suspect was arrested for the warrant, false personation, and delaying arrest.

Burglary – False Identification to Police – Marijuana Offense – Arrested

Officers responded to the area regarding a report of a burglary and detained a suspect that was outside the burglarized store upon arrival. However, officers were unable to link the suspect to actually having been inside the store.  The suspect provided a false name to the officers and he had marijuana in his backpack. The suspect was later identified and arrested for the above offenses.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary. The victim stated that he heard a loud crashing sound that was coming from the front door and as well as the burglar alarm going off. The victim looked and noticed the front door had been kicked in. The victim went outside and saw two suspects walking away.
Suspect – white male :: 20-25 years :: 5’10” tall :: 200 lbs :: bald
Suspect – white female :: 20-25 years :: 5’6” tall :: 180 lbs :: brown hair
