Vandalism – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

1100 Pacheco St
Officers responded to the area regarding a premise check. When the officers arrived on scene, the reportee told the officers that he was house sitting for a friend. When the reportee came to the house,  he saw that the front door was kicked in and back yard door was standing ajar and there was a backpack that he didn’t recognize leaning against the wall. The officers contacted the owner of the house and were told that the reportee had already sent pictures of the damage and of the backpack. The victim stated that the backpack looked like it belonged to her “druggie” son. Officers canvassed the area and located the son who admitted to kicking in the door because he was worried about his parent. A computer check on the suspect revealed multiple arrest warrants from Stockton, Ca. The suspect was arrested for the warrant and vandalism.

1900 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a robbery at a pizza restaurant. The victims told the officers that the restaurant was closed for the day but the door was left ajar. The victims stated that two suspects entered the restaurant and demanded pizza while brandishing a gun and knife. The victims stated that there was a struggle and one of the victims received a non life threatening cut. The suspects then stole the tip jar and exited the restaurant.
Suspect 1 – black male :: 49-50 years :: 6’0” tall
Suspect 2 – black male :: 49-55 years :: 5’7” tall
Vehicle – Unknown silver in color pickup

Robbery
12:35 am
29th Ave & Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that he was walking home when he noticed the suspects sitting in a parked vehicle. The suspects exited the vehicle and one pointed a gun at the victim and demanded his wallet. The suspect then got back into their vehicle and drove off.
Suspect 1 – black male :: 30-40 years :: 6’0” tall
Suspect 2 – black female :: 27-33 years :: 5’7” tall
Vehicle – Unknown white in color

Robbery
5:14 am
1100 Juniper Serra Blvd
Officer responded to a report of a robbery. The victim told the officers that the suspect walked into the gas station and selected a bag of chips before brandishing a gun and demanding money. The victim gave the suspect the money and the suspect left the gas station.
Suspect 1 – black male :: 27-30 years :: 5’9” tall :: 160 lbs

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Arch St & Brotherhood Way
Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle not yielding to a pedestrian walking in the crosswalk. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited for the above violations.
