An officer was on patrol in the district when he observed a vehicle without a license plate. The officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver provided a driver’s license to the officer. However, a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

An officer was on patrol when he observed a vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop which revealed that the driver did not have a driver’s license on him. A computer check revealed that his driver’s license had already been suspended twice. The driver was cited.

An officer was on patrol when he saw a driver looking down into his lap area while driving. At the next stop light, the officer got out of his patrol vehicle, approached the driver and looked into the vehicle. The officer observed the driver was looking at his cell phone and texting while driving. The officer got back into his vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver told the officer that he does not have a driver’s license on him and a computer check reveled that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
