Vehicle Violation – No Drivers license Issued – Cited

Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at an intersection at the posted stop signs. The officers also noticed the vehicle had a brake light that was out. The officer approached the driver who stated that he had an expired Oregon driver’s license and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had never been issued a California Drivers License. The driver was cited for the violations.

Theft – Possession of Stolen Property – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a theft. When the officers arrived on scene, the victim pointed to where the suspect was located. The victim said that he was at the ATM depositing money. When she finished, she walked away and the suspect walked directly to her machine and starting withdrawing money. The victim checked her account using her cell phone and noticed that there was a withdraw transaction right after her deposit. The victim called the police and kept an eye on the suspect till the police arrived. The officers were able to locate the money and the suspect was arrested.

Officer responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she had an argument with the suspect over the common usage of the laundry machine. During the argument, the suspect pushed and slapped the victim on the face. The victim wanted to press charges. The suspect was located and cited.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

An officer responded to a report of a dispute. When the officer arrived on scene, San Francisco State Police had already located the victim and the suspects. The victim told State PD that the stolen items had been retrieved and no further police action was needed.  A computer check on both the suspects revealed that they have active warrants. Both suspects were arrested on the warrants.

Officer received information that a known suspect with a warrant for his arrest was hanging out in the area, swinging a stick. The officer made contact with this suspect and arrested him for the warrant.

Driving License Suspended – Cited

1600 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a possible auto burglary. Responding officers were told by dispatch that the suspects had entered a vehicle and fled towards Ocean Ave. A Sgt from the Ingleside district was in the area, located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The officers conducted a computer check on the driver which revealed that his driver’s license had been suspended. The officers were unable to locate any vehicle that had been broken into. The passenger was identified and released. The driver was cited for driving on a suspended license.
