Officer was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle with non operable headlight and brake light. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed the driver’s license had expired. The driver was cited for the above violations.

Officer was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle with expired registration. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited for the above violations.

Battery

1500 Moraga St
The victim went to Taraval Station to report a battery incident between her and the suspect, a housemate. The victim stated that she confronted suspect regarding cleaning up after herself. The suspect began yelling at her and the victim threatened to call the landlord. The victim began walking away, but the suspect grabbed her arm but she was able to get away.
Suspect – Asian female :: 5’3” tall :: 110 lbs :: black hair

100 West Portal Ave
Officers responded to a report of a suspect acting aggressively. When the officers arrived, they saw the suspect leaving the store holding a cup and a salad. The officers asked the suspect if he paid for the items and the suspect stated “no”. The victim told the officers that the store had pluming issues so it was not opened to the public. However, the victim was being nice and offered the suspect a cup of coffee. After accepting the coffee, the suspect then refused to leave and demanded a salad and other items before exiting the store. At the point, the police arrived and the victim wanted the suspect arrested for trespassing. The suspect was cited.

Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that she and her boyfriend were staying at his parent’s house. The victim was asleep but was suddenly woken up by noise from the other members of the house. The victim decided to take a shower and turn on the radio so she could fall back to sleep. Suddenly the suspect came up to her, pushed a partition over onto her and told her to turn the music off. They struggled and the suspect grabbed the victim by the throat. The officers interview the other members of the house and determined the suspect was the primary aggressor. The suspect was arrested.

Search Warrant – Marijuana cultivation – Arrested

Sargent St
Officer responded to meet with SFFD regarding a possible grow house. The fire department received information regarding water problems coming from that location. When the fire department looked into the residence they saw a possible “marijuana grow”. The fire department was about to make emergency forced entry when the suspect ran up to the house saying that was his house and he had the keys. When the fire department and police entered the building, they confirmed the cultivation. The suspect was arrested.

Officer responded to a report of a vehicle accident and were able to locate the vehicle but found it abandoned with a strong marijuana smell. Officers also located a container of marijuana in the car. SFFD Medic told the officers that the driver had walked away but the officers were able to locate the driver. The driver told the officer that he was never driving a vehicle and he didn’t not know why they stopped him. The officer saw obvious signs of intoxication on the driver and a witness came forward and told the officers that he saw the driver driving on two flat tires. The witness told the officers that he wanted to press charges against the driver. The officers conducted a DUI investigation and determined that the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested
