Traffic Violation – Driver under the Influence – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a possible drunk driver. The witness observed the driver driving his vehicle up the hill, onto a curb and into a bush. The witness stated that the driver appeared disoriented. Officers located the vehicle and spoke to the driver. The driver stated that he was driving and he took some medication which made him feel very sleepy. Officers conducted a Field Sobriety Test which the driver failed and the driver agreed to submit to a blood test. The driver was subsequently arrested.

Officers responded to assist SFFD regarding a vehicle that had been set on fire, which was subsequently deemed suspicious. SFFD will continue investigating this case.
Possession of Marijuana for Sale

2100 24th Ave
Officer responded to a marijuana incident. The officer meet with the witness who stated that he was conducting his patrol of the school grounds when he noticed a marijuana smell coming from a locker. The witness, along with other staff members, opened the locker and found marijuana with other items used for sales. The witness and officer contacted the suspect and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested by SFPD.

Officers responded to a report of a possible suspect trying to open various car doors. Upon the officers’ arrival, a witness pointed to where the suspect had last been seen. The officers located the suspect and a computer check reveal that the suspect has an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
Vehicle violation – Suspended Driver’s License

Officers were on patrol in the area when they saw a vehicle with expired registration. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
