An officer was in the area conducting LIDAR enforcement. The officer observed a vehicle speeding at 47 mph in a 30 mph zone and conducted a traffic stop. While the officer was speaking with the driver, the officer observed the driver display symptoms of intoxication. A computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended and the driver was on probation from a prior DUI. The officers conducted a Field Sobriety Test which the driver failed. The driver was arrested.

Officers responded to the area on a report of a suspect removing boards from a building’s window. The suspect told the officer that he got a phone call from his uncle to remove the boards so the uncle could get to his items. The owner of the building told the officers that the apartment was empty; the windows were boarded up so squatters would not be able to get in and requested the suspect to be arrested. The suspect was cited for trespassing.

An officer was patrolling an area when he noticed a vehicle making a left turn where left turns are prohibited. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

An officer was patrolling an area when he noticed a driver holding on to a cell phone and manipulating the screen. The driver also had earphone in both of his ears. The officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver told the officer that his license had been suspended and was confirmed by a computer check. The driver was cited.

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. Loss prevention stated that they observed three suspects enter the store, selected numerous items and leave the store without paying. Loss prevention attempted to detain the suspects but was kicked and punched before the suspects fled the scene.
