Disturbing the Peace – Cited

Officers responded to a noise complaint. The victim stated that there have been ongoing complaints of his neighbor making constant noise. The victim and the neighbors tried community boards, but was unsuccessful in reaching a solution. The victim requested that the neighbor be arrested because the neighbor was having a party in the backyard and playing his guitar well after midnight. The officers located the suspect and cited him for the noise.

Battery – Vandalism

600 Arballo Dr
Officers responded to a battery incident. The victim told the officers that she was woken up by loud music from downstairs. The victim went downstairs and saw two suspects she did not know but was probably invited by her roommates to hang out. The victim told them to leave; the suspect gathered their belongings but pushed the victim while exiting the building. Also, one of the suspects threw an unknown item after exiting which damaged the front door.

Officers responded to a report of gunshots. When the officers arrived, a witness stated that he heard sounds of gunshot and vehicle driving away. The officers were able to locate shell casings but were not able to locate any victims, suspects or damaged property.

Officers responded to a report of an argument. When the officers arrived, the victim told the officers that the suspect had an argument with him which led to the suspect hitting and scratching him. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.
