Warning: There has been an increase in reports concerning coyotes in the city, especially in the area of Stern Grove. According to Animal Care and Control, “although encounters with coyotes are not uncommon, there are no recorded coyote bites on humans in San Francisco” However, there have been reports on attacks to domestic animals so please be careful with your pets!
