Burglary – Fraud

2400 47th Ave
Officers responded to a call of a burglary. The victim stated that he woke up to some noises; he looked out into the hallway and saw a beam of light from a flashlight. The victim yelled out and saw the suspect flee after stealing his wallet. A few hours later, while the victim was canceling his credit card, he noticed it had been already fraudulently used.  The victim also later stated that he may have left the front door unlocked.

Sunset Blvd & Lake Merced Blvd
Officers were in the area conducting LIDAR enforcement and observed a vehicle traveling 50 mph at a posted 30 mpg zone. An officer conducted a traffic stop and the computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Alamany Blv & San Jose Ave
Officers were on patrol in the area when he noticed a vehicle with expired registration and a brake light that was not working. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Battery – Arrested

2000 22nd Ave
Officers responded to a report of a battery. When the officers arrived, the victim stated that she had an argument with the suspect over moving a basket of clothes. The victim stated that the suspect then slapped her face several times over the argument. In retaliation and anger, she also hit and threw a bottle at the suspect.  However, after further investigation, the suspect was determined to be the primary aggressor. The suspect was arrested.

Officers were on patrol in the area when they observed a suspect with a can of beer. The suspect saw the officers approach and dropped the beer. The officers spoke to the suspect, who showed obvious signs of intoxication and a computer check on the suspect revealed active warrants for her arrest. The suspect was arrested for being intoxicated in public and warrants.

Officers responded to a report of a loss prevention agent detaining a shoplifter. The loss prevention agent stated that he observed the suspect select numerous items and placed them into a shopping bag. The suspect then exited the store without paying for the items.  The suspect was later cited.
