Assault with Weapon – Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a suspect attacking the victim with pepper spray. The victim gave dispatch the suspect’s description and direction of flight. Officers were able to locate the suspect and detained him for further investigation. The victim told the officer that he walking towards a restaurant that the suspect was also walking out of. The suspect was yelling obscenities at him for no reason and started walking towards him in an aggressive manner. The suspect then raised a canister of mace and spayed it at the victim. The victim and suspect wrestled for a few minutes before the suspect left the scene. The suspect was arrested for the assault.

Quintara St & 22nd Ave
Officers responded to a report of 3 suspects looking into vehicles with a flashlight. The witness gave dispatch the description and direction the suspects were heading since they were last seen. Arriving officers located two vehicles that had been broken into and were able to locate the three suspects. As the officer approached the suspects and ordered them to stop, two of the suspects fled. Other officers were able to locate the second suspect, but the third suspect was not located. The witnesses were able to identify the suspects as being the ones looking into the vehicle and the stolen property were still in the two suspect’s possession. The suspects were arrested.
