Officers responded to a report of an assault. The reportee stated that her son, the victim, told her that he had just gotten off the 28 bus line when he was placed in a choke hold by an unknown suspect. The unknown suspect then made cuts using an unknown object to the victim’s shoulders and stomach area. Afterwards, the suspect told the victim to “never come back to this location again” before letting the victim free to run home.
