Officers responded to a report of a person yelling, screaming and hitting cars. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect based on the description given by dispatch and noted that the cars were not damaged. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he has an active warrant for his arrest. After confirming the warrant, the suspect was arrested.
