Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting. The victim stated to the officers that he was having an argument with the suspect over money. The argument got intense and the suspect walked into the backyard. The victim followed the suspect and tried to calm the suspect down. However, the suspect suddenly grabbed a brick and threw it at the victim. The brick missed and the suspect attempted to grab another brick to try again. The victim was afraid of getting hurt by more projectiles, rushed over to stop the suspect and they both fell into some bushes. After further investigation, it was determined that the suspect needed to be arrested for the throwing the brick.

Vehicle Theft – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an auto burglary in progress. Responding officers received a description from dispatch and located a suspect within close proximity to the victim. The victim said that he was working on his house, in the back, when he heard his vehicle alarm go off. The victim went to his vehicle and saw the suspect under the driver side looking for or fiddling around with something. The victim confronted the suspect and they both started wrestling on the ground. The suspect got up and ran off to an unknown location. The victim confirmed that the person the officers had detained was the suspect. The suspect was later arrested.

An officer observed a vehicle failing to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had expired. The driver was cited.
