An officer was patrolling in the area when he observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Robbery – Possession of Stolen Property – Arrested

800 Head St
Officer responded to a report of a street robbery. The victim said he was walking on Head St when a vehicle pulled up next to him. The suspect got out of the passenger seat, approached the victim and demanded the victim’s property while pointing a knife at him. The officers broadcasted the description of the suspects and vehicle. A short time later, officers from the Bayview Police station saw a suspect and vehicle matching the description. After detaining the suspects, the officers located the victims’ property. The suspect was arrested. One suspect is still outstanding.
