Trespassing – Resisting Arrest – Cited

Officers conducted a premise check on a park due to a noise complaint, trespassing and underage drinking which was reported by neighbors. The officers located the suspects standing next to a park table with couple of bottles of alcohol and a purse on the table. The officers approached the table and the suspects ran away leaving their belongings still on the table.  A few minutes later, one of the suspects returned to retrieve her purse. The suspect stated that she was not present earlier, but the officers were able to determine otherwise. The suspect mother was called. The suspect was cited and released to her mother.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded to a restraining order violation. An officer located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he was indeed in violation of a court order and also had an outstanding arrest warrant. The suspect was arrested.

Driving while under the influence of Alcohol – Traffic Violation – Arrested

19th Ave & Taraval St
Officers were patrolling in the area when they observed a vehicle making unsafe and reckless lane changes. When the officers conducted a traffic stop, they discovered that the driver was sweating, had bloodshot eyes and alcohol on his breath. The officers tried to conduct a field sobriety test, but the driver refused to take it. However, the driver eventually agreed to a breathalyzer test. A computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was arrested.

Vandalism – Trespassing

Officers responded to a report of a suspect, an ex-boyfriend, breaking into a house. The victim stated that the suspect had gone to the house trying to talk to the victim, but she did not want to talk to him. The suspect then rattled the gate and broke it before entering inside the building. The victim’s father came out and escorted the suspect back outside.

Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a battery incident. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect were at Stern Grove drinking and smoking. The victim said that she was struck by the suspect but she refused to answer any further questions or provide further details. After further investigation, the officer determined that a crime had been committed and the suspect was arrested.

An officer responded to report of a physical altercation. The victim said that she and the suspect were having an argument about their relationship. During the argument, the suspect picked up the victim’s guitar and smashed it on to the floor, and then pushed the victim. A computer check on the suspect revealed that the suspect had a warrant. The suspect was arrested.
