Officers responded to a report of two males fighting. Witnesses stated that both suspects were at a party, got intoxicated and began fighting amongst themselves.  Upon arrival, one suspect complied with the officers’ requests while the other suspect refused and started kicking the officers. Eventually, the suspect needed to be subdued by non lethal means before he could be handcuffed.  Suspect #1 was released while suspect #2 was issued a citation for resisting arrest.

A report was made in which the victim, an employee, stated that a student grabbed the victim’s hair from behind and started to yank the victim’s head in multiple and different directions for about 15-20 minutes. The victim was in pain a few days later after that incident and went to the hospital on their own for treatment.

The victim stated that he was standing on a corner, waiting to board MUNI, when he noticed the suspect standing across the street. When the victim boarded the MUNI, the suspect approached the victim and stood within 3 feet of him for about 20 minutes which was in violation of the suspect’s “do not come within 50 yards” restraining order.

An officer was patrolling when he observed the suspect failing to obey a posted traffic sign. After conducting a traffic stop, a computer check revealed that the suspect was never issued a driver’s license. The suspect was cited.
