Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, an employee, said that the suspect walked into the store and pushed the victim aside. The suspect then opened the register, stole the money from it and fled the scene.

Officers were in the area conducting speed enforcement when he noticed a vehicle traveling 54 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check of the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Trespassing – Cited

4000 19th Ave
Officers responded to a report of trespassing. Officers arrived and observed the suspect moving items into a truck. The victim told the officers that the suspect had been evicted. The victim had an appointment with the suspect to empty the suspect’s items from the garage but the suspect didn’t show up. When the victim returned home, the suspect was there with the garage door opened up. The victim did not give the suspect permission to enter his garage. The suspect was cited.

Today, officers from the TNT team were looking through the list of people with active warrants in the district. An officer drove by a house from the active warrants list and located a suspect standing in front of his house. The suspect was arrested.
Driving Under the Influence – Traffic Violation – Cited

1500 Funston Ave
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. The responding officer located a vehicle that had collided with a pole. The driver was slumped over the steering wheel with evidence of narcotic paraphernalia next to the driver. The officer conducted a field sobriety test which the driver failed. After further testing, the driver was cited and released at the hospital.
