Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a couple fighting, in which the witness told dispatch that he observed the suspect pushing the victim to the ground. When the officers arrived, the witness told them that he saw the suspect chasing after the victim and the victim fell on to the floor. The witness decided to make sure the victim was okay. While talking to the victim, the suspect pushed the witness on to the ground and they both fled the scene. The officers located the suspect and victim hiding in the bushes. The victim said that she and the suspect had been at the bar drinking and they got into an argument afterwards. The victim then refused to answer any further questions. The suspect also refused to answer questions. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

The victim walked into Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim said that they saw that the suspect was urinating across the street. The victim confronted the suspect and called him a derogatory name. The suspect got angry and both of them started wresting. The victim fell on to the ground and was injured. The suspect1 was joined by a second suspect  and they both kicked the victim while he was on the ground. Both suspects fled to an unknown location.
