Trespassing – Battery – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a person trying to break in. Responding officers located the suspect who matched the description given by dispatch. The victim told the officers that he was inside, at work, when the suspect walked in. The victim told the suspect, who appeared intoxicated, to leave but the suspect continued to meander around and attempting to open the doors to other business and apartments. The victim tried to tell the suspect to leave again but the suspect shoved the victim out of the way. The suspect was arrested.
Robbery

24th Ave & Eucalyptus Dr
Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim said he was skateboarding down the street when the suspect ran up to him and demanded his property. The victim, fearing for his safety, told the suspect that he did not have anything and emptied his pocket. The suspect then demanded the victim’s backpack. The victim complied and the suspect rummaged through it but did not take anything. The suspect then ran off.
Assault

Officers responded to a report of a possible robbery. The victim told the officers that four of her friends (suspects) told her to meet up at on Ocean Ave and Brighton Ave. When the victim arrived, the four suspect began to punch and kick her. The victim had no idea why she was assaulted by the suspects.
