Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The victim said that he was cut off by another vehicle, which caused him to slam on his brakes to avoid a collision. The victim stated that the occupants of the other vehicle then started a heated argument with him and the suspect threw a full plastic water bottle at his vehicle, causing damages. The suspect was cited.
