Warrant Arrest – Resisting Arrest – Possession of Burglary tools – Arrested

Sergeants responded to a report of a person on drugs. When the sergeants arrived, they noticed the suspect with several backpacks, a bicycle and many other items strewn across the driveway of a gas station. The suspect initially gave the sergeants a false name, but eventualy confessed with his true name. A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest and a search of the suspect’s bag revealed numerous tools that could be used for burglary. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. Both parties, who were roommates, told the officers that they were each struck by the other during an argument. The argument was reported as a disagreement over the usage of the bathroom in regards of turning on of the exhaust fans and flushing the toilet. Both parties wanted the other to be arrested. The officers cited both parties for battery.

An officer responded to a complaint of a person acting strange near a school. The principal told the officers that the suspect was not committing any crime, but was in front of the school’s playground and building structures out of the rocks that were on the floor. The officer located the suspect and a computer check revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. None of his arrests were juvenile related. The suspect was arrested for his warrant.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, who was intoxicated, said that he was having an argument with a crowd of juveniles when one of them punched the victim before the suspect fled the scene. The victim was unwilling to provide any further information to the officers.
