Threat or Force to Resist Executive Officer – Battery of a Police Officer – Arrested

Officers responded to assist Animal Care and Control. Animal Care and Control (ACC) wanted to talk to the suspect regarding two of his pit-bull puppies that were not neutered. The suspect was very hostile towards ACC but eventually signed the citation. As the ACC started to take away the pit-bulls, the suspect began to clench his fists and threatened to kill both the ACC and the officers. The suspect resisted handcuffs, but was eventually cuffed and arrested.
