Stay Away Order Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation. A known suspect, with a recent history of bothering the neighborhood, had violated the stay away order. While the suspect had fled the scene before officers arrived, plain clothes officers used the resident information they had on file and waited for the suspect to return home. The suspect was arrested.
