Last Thursday, on December 10, 2015, was the Annual Irving Street Toy Drive. Many merchants all along Irving Street were very generous in their donations to those in need of a little extra help this holiday season.
Mr. Bill Barnickel of the Outer Sunset Merchants and Professionals Association (OSMPA) was joined by officers from Taraval Station (Sergeant Mannix, Officer McLaughlin and Officer Guerrero) and officers from the San Francisco Airport Station (Officer Spears, Officer Wong and Officer Leonetti) in collecting and transporting the donated toys and monetary gifts from the annual Toy Drive. Donations and gifts will be spread out to different organizations in our community.
Thank you, everyone, for your generous donations of time and gifts to such a successful event in helping bring some extra cheer and a helping hand this holiday season to our community!
