Battery

Great Hwy & Skyline Blvd
The victim reported a battery at Taraval Station. The victim said that he was driving his vehicle when a driver started flashing his high beams and honkingat him from behind. The suspect passed the victim, using the shoulder of the road, and the victim used his high beam to flash back at the suspect.  In response, the suspect stopped his vehicle, and approached the victim before punching the victim through the open window. The suspect then got back into his vehicle and drove away.

Sexual Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a reported of an assault; the suspect was last seen fleeing the scene by jumping fences. The victim told the officers that she was waiting for the bus when the suspect came up and stood next to her. The victim said she heard the suspect said something, but wasn’t sure what was said. The suspect suddenly grabbed the victim, held onto her and forced her to her knees and made a sexual gesture towards her. At that point, the victim heard someone honk their horn which caused the suspect fled the scene. Officers canvassed the area, located the suspect and arrested him.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect was going through the restaurant’s garbage cans and making a mess. The victim told the suspect to leave but the suspect refused. A passer-by stopped an offered to buy the suspect a burger. As victim gave the suspect his burger, the suspect spit at the victim before leaving the scene.

Driving While Intoxicated – Vehicle Accident – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident. Officers arrived and located both parties. While assisting with the accident, the officers determined that one of the drivers appeared intoxicated. The driver told the officers that he didn’t know what happened and his airbags “just deployed”.  The officers conducted a field sobriety test on the driver which he failed and was transported to the hospital. While at the hospital, the driver was cited and released.

Driving While Intoxicated – Vehicle Accident – Cited

Officers responded to a single vehicle accident. The driver hit the medium and ended up facing the wrong way. When the officers spoke to the driver, they noticed he was showing symptoms of intoxication. The officers conducted a field sobriety test which the driver failed. The driver was arrested.
