Trespassing – Cited

900 Irving St
Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim said that the suspect came in the store to use the bathroom, but she stayed in the bathroom for an hour and would not come back out. The officers were able to expel suspect from the bathroom and cited her for trespassing.
Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Noriega St & 24th Ave
Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle, without a front license plate, failing to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license’s had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Robbery

1200 Ocean Ave
Officers responded to a report of a non injury, robbery. The victims, employees of the restaurant, told the officers that the suspect came in and demanded that they open the money safe for him. After the safe was opened, the suspect stole all the money and fled.
Assault
Taraval St & 26th Ave
4:30 pm
The victim came to Taraval Station to report an assault. The victim said that he had just gotten off the L-Taraval when a vehicle drove by him, almost hitting him. The victim said he yelled out and knocked on the window. The passenger got off the vehicle, yelled at the victim, pushed him and punched the victim. The driver also came out and tried to punch the victim, but missed. Both suspects got back into their vehicle and fled the scene.
