Battery

Officers responded to a report of a battery. Upon arrival at the scene, officers were unable to locate any suspects, victims or witnesses. They were later updated with a report that the victim was at the hospital with his mom. The mom said that the victim was at the bar with his friends when he got into an argument with an unknown suspect and was punched in the face. She did not have any further information to provide and the victim was too intoxicated be coherent for questioning. 

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

An officer was on patrol when he noticed a suspect lying on the sidewalk. The officer approached the suspect to check on his heath. Afterwards, the officer ran a computer check which revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Throwing Substance at a vehicle – Traffic Violation – Cited

Officers responded to a report of vandalism. Dispatch broadcasted the suspect’s vehicle description and license plate number and officers located the vehicle and suspect.  The victim told the officer that she was being tailgated and not only did the suspect yelled at her for driving slow, the suspect also threw food at her vehicle.  The suspect admitted to the officers that she while she was delivering food, she was cut off when another vehicle merged in front of her. The suspect said that she honked her horn at the offending vehicle,  caught up to the driver and yelled at her but denied throwing anything at the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was cited for throwing objects at a moving vehicle.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim told the officers that she and the suspect got into an argument over the cell phone. The victim said that the suspect took their son to have breakfast but she didn’t want their son with the suspect. The suspect began throwing shoes and other items at the victim before slapping her. The suspect told the officer that he wanted the victim to leave the house or he would call the police but that he never hit the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested for domestic violence. The victim refused to press charges.
