The victim arrived at Taraval Station to report a battery incident. The victim said that he was walking on the sidewalk and using his cell phone when he passed by and made eye contact with the suspect. The suspect got angry because the victim was looking at him and punched the victim. The victim was able to get away and escape from the suspect.
