Vehicle Burglary – Arrest

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle burglary. The victim provided dispatch with suspect information and direction of flight. Officers searched the area and located a suspect matching the description. The victim said that he heard glass breaking. When he looked outside his window to his vehicle, he saw the suspect reach into his vehicle and stole something. Officers were able to locate the stolen items close to where the suspect was being detained. The victim was transported to where the suspect was being detained and positively identified him as the one who had stolen the items from his vehicle. The suspect was arrested.
