Battery – Arrest

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. The victim told the officers that he, the suspect, and their friends had been drinking all night. When it was time for bed, the suspect claimed that the victim touched their friend inappropriately and the suspect began punching the victim. Police were called and after further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Vehicle Violation – Warrant Arrest – Suspended Driver’s License – Arrested

Officers were on patrol when they observed a moving vehicle without a rear license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver had a suspended driver’s license and a warrant for his arrest. The driver was arrested.

19th Ave & Irving St
Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver had a suspended license and did not have proof of insurance. The driver was cited.

Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers were on patrol when they observed a known suspect with an active warrant. The officers detained the suspect and a computer check confirmed the warrant. The suspect was arrested.

Battery

A victim came to Taraval Station to report a battery. The victim said that he had attended a house party, but when he and his friends stepped out, a group of strangers confronted them. One of the suspects punched the victim before all the suspects fled.

Battery – Theft

Officers responded to a report of a battery and theft. The victim told the officers that the suspect, her boyfriend had an argument with her about trust issues. The suspect told the victim to exit the car and then proceeded to drive off with her backpack and clothes.
