Search Warrant – Possession Firearm – Battery – Threats – Arrested

Officers conducted a search warrant at an undisclosed location regarding a previous incident from a few weeks ago. Officers located the suspect, firearms and also evidence which was related to the initial incident at the location. The suspect was arrested.

Stay Away Violation – Arrested

A Sergeant was conducting LIDAR enforcement when he observed a speeding vehicle. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver had a stay away order from the passenger. The sergeant contacted the issuing agency and confirmed that the stay away was current and still in effect. The driver was advised of the speeding but was arrested for violating the stay away violation.

Officers responded to a report of a person ringing the doorbell, a possible caser. Officers located the suspect matching the description given and a computer check on the suspect revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.

Shoplifting – Cited

Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention agent told the officers that he observed the suspect select several items and place them in her bag. The suspect then exited the store without paying. Officers investigated the incident and cited the suspect for shoplifting.

Shoplifting – Warrant Arrest – Arrested

Officers responded on a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention told the officers that he observed the suspect select watches and perfume before placing them in his bag. The suspect exited the store without paying. Officers investigated the incident and determined that he also had an outstanding warrant. The suspect was arrested.

An officer was conducting LIDAR enforcement. The officer observed a vehicle traveling 47 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officer conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.

Robbery

9th Ave & Judah St
An officer responded to a report of a robbery. The victim said that he had just exited the MUNI when the suspect approached him and punched him twice in the face. The suspect then stole his Kindle and fled the scene.
