Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention told the officers that he observed two suspects selecting several items before entering the fitting room. The suspects then exited the fitting room and walked out of the store without paying. Loss prevention was able to detain one of the suspects until officers arrived. The suspect was cited
Robbery

Officers responded to a report of a robbery. The witness told the officers that he saw a vehicle double parked with two suspects sitting inside. One of the suspects exited the vehicle, ran towards the victim and pushed her down and stole her purse. The suspect then ran back to the vehicle and fled the scene. A witness confirmed that he saw the victim walking.

A sergeant was on patrol when he noticed a suspect loitering in the area. The sergeant had noticed him a couple hours earlier. A computer check on the suspect revealed a warrant for burglary. The suspect was arrested.

Officers responded on a report of a auto burglary in process. An officer arrived on scene and detained a suspect matching the description given. The suspect told the officer that he had locked himself out of the car and was using a coat hanger to try to get back in. However, when the officers searched the area, they were unable to locate a coat hanger. A computer check on the vehicle revealed that it was stolen. The suspect was arrested. The investigating sergeant interviewed the suspect and he admitted to stealing the vehicle.
