Probation Search – Possession of Stolen Property – Arrested

Officers and Sergeant conducted a probation search. A suspect had been arrested for marijuana sales in a different district. Since the suspect was on probation but lived in the Taraval district, our officers responded to and conducted a probation search. The officers searched the suspect’s room and located a stolen MUNI uniform plus additional evidence related to the selling of marijuana. Additional charges were added to the suspect based on the evidence gathered on the search.

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with an inoperable headlight. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver’s license. The driver was cited.

Officers were on patrol when they noticed a driver who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed her license had expired. The driver was cited.
