Assault – False Imprisonment – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The victim told the officers that she went out with the suspect and consumed alcohol that night. Later, they received a call that they had to go home because their son was sick. The victim said that they started having an argument over stupid things and the argument intensified. The suspect was told to leave but the suspect struck the victim and prohibited her from leaving the room. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect who was still inside the apartment. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a domestic incident. The victim appeared distraught and told the officers that she was helping a new tenant move into a vacant room in her house. The victim said that the suspect arrived and was angry that the victim allowed another person to move in. The suspect started arguing with the victim. At one point, the suspect either grabbed the box or pushed the box that the victim was carrying up the stairs which caused the victim to fall down the stairs. The suspect denied pushing the victim. After further investigation and interviewing the witness, the suspect was arrested.

Assault – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of an assault.  Upon arrival the officers located the victim, who was unconscious and had to be taken to hospital. The witness said that the victim was at the house banging on the door looking for him. The witness heard that the victim was upset with him for an unknown reason. The witness called the suspect and told him what was going on. The suspect came over and started fighting the victim, which resulted in the suspect punching and kicking the victim. The witness also stated that a second suspect come over and stuck the victim on the head with a brick. Both suspects were still on scene and were arrested.

A sergeant was on patrol when he observed a suspicious incident. The sergeant observed a suspect crawling on his hands and knees into a double parked vehicle. As the sergeant drove by, there was another occupant in the vehicle who was also acting suspiciously. The sergeant conducted a computer check on the vehicle and discovered that the vehicle was stolen. The sergeant notified other units in the area and detained the suspects. A search on the vehicle revealed that there was stolen property from a break in that occurred earlier on Monday. A computer check on the suspects revealed that one of them was on probation. Both suspects were arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. The victim told the officers that she had been drinking with the suspect all night. Later in the morning, they began having an argument regarding the victim’s ex. The argument intensified and the suspect took the victim’s phone and started looking through it. The victim wanted to leave, but the suspect pushed the victim against the futon and stuck her. The suspect was still at the house when officers arrived and declined to make a statement. The suspect was arrested.

An officer responded to a report of a shoplifter. Officer arrived on scene and located the suspect matching the description given. The witness told the officer that the suspect entered the store, selected some food and started eating it without paying for it. The suspect then taunted the witness to call the police and stated that nothing will happen if she did. The witness told the officer that this was not the first time; the suspect had a history shoplifting at the store. The suspect was cited for shoplifting and also cited for having alcohol in public.
