Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with tinted windows and without license plates, which also happened to match a description of a vehicle with a history of recent auto break-ins. Officers conducted a traffic stop and identified the occupants of the vehicle. The driver was cited for the vehicle violations.
Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License

Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle making a left turn where left turns are prohibited. Officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed his license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
Vehicle Fire

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle fire. The witness said that he woke up and saw the vehicle was on fire. The victim said that his vehicle had also been in a fire and that he had left it covered up since last year. SFFD will be investigating the incident.
