Stay Away Order Violation – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation. Based on the information from a witness, responding officers searched for and located the suspect. The suspect told the officer that he like being in that area because it reminded him of his youth despite the issued stay away order. The suspect was arrested.

Vehicle Break In – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle being broken into. The witness told the officers that she was picking up her mother when he saw her cousin’s vehicle door wide open. The witness confronted the suspects and was told that they owned the vehicle before the suspects started walking away.  Another witness arrived on scene and told the officers that they saw the suspects trying door handles on other vehicles as well. Responding officers searched for and located the suspects and after further investigation, the suspects were arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a domestic incident. The witness told the officers that he was walking on the street when he heard an argument in front of him. The witness said that while the suspect and victim were walking towards him, the suspect threw the victim onto the ground and held her there for a few minutes while she struggled to get up. The victim told the officers that she wanted to talk to the suspect about breaking up but it turned into an argument before getting physical.  After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

The victim came to Taraval Station to report a domestic incident. The victim told the officer that she and the suspect had been estranged and currently do not live together. The victim said that the suspect came over to her house to take their son to school. While there, the suspect had an argument about being kicked out of the house and having to pay a huge amount of child support. The victim started recording the suspect which made him angry. The suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and pushed her onto the floor before leaving and taking their son to school.

An officer responded to a report of a fire. Prior to the officer’s arrival, SFFD had already contained extinguisted the dumpster fire with no damages or injuries.  SFFD will be investigating the incident.
