Shooting into a Vehicle

Officers responded to a report of a suspect shooting into a vehicle. The victim stated that he was sitting in his vehicle at the stop sign and looking at his cell phone when the suspect, driving in the other direction, stopped and looked at him. The victim said he gave a nod at the suspect and was looking back down at his cell phone when he suddenly heard three shots before his windows shattered but he was not injured. The victim sped away and the suspect also fled in the opposite direction.  

Battery – Arrested

Officers responded on a report of a male assaulting a female. Responding officers located the victim and suspect still on scene and observed that the suspect was intoxicated and acting unruly. The suspect stated that he and the victim went out and the two of them got into a verbal argument but refused to provide any further information. The victim said that they were going to a friend’s house to spend a night and started arguing in the vehicle. When they got out of the vehicle, the suspect punched the victim on her face. The victim refused to make any further comments. The witness told the officers that he saw the suspect and victim interact, but did not actually see the suspect punching the victim. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.

Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim said that he went into the store to look for something but could not find the brand that he liked and exited the store. The victim said that as he left the store, the store security approached him, grabbed his arm and twisted it before asking where the “stolen item” was.  The suspect searched the victim’s bag but could not find any stolen items. The victim said that the suspect then left the store.
