Robbery – Arrested

34th Ave & Kirkham St
Multiple officers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim stated that she had just gotten off the bus and was on her way home when two suspects approached and pointed a gun at her. The suspects took the victim’s property after sexually assaulting her. The victim provided a description of the suspects and the getaway vehicle. Responding officers tracked the victim’s phone and located the suspects after a short vehicle pursuit. The suspects exited the vehicle and fled on foot but were located and detained by officers.  The officers also located the weapon that the suspects used. The suspects were arrested on numerous charges.

Vandalism – Arrested

Officers responded to a report of vandalism. The victim told the officers that the suspect’s vehicle was in front of her and passed a parking space that was about to be free so the victim took the parking space instead. Afterwards, she  noticed that the suspect made a u-turn before stopping and taking out a key to scratch her vehicle. Officers located the suspect and detained him. The suspect was arrested.

Shoplifting – Probation Violation – Arrested

3200 20th Ave
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifter. Loss Prevention told the officer that he observed the suspect select multiple items and placing them into a bag that he was holding. The suspect then exited the store without paying for anything and was detained by Loss Prevention. Officers conducted a computer check and determined that the suspect was on probation. The suspect was arrested.

Vehicle Violation – Suspended Driver’s License – Cited

Ulloa St & 17th Ave
Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with tinted front windows and a missing front license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver’s license had been suspended. The driver was cited.
